Moisture Content – 5% To 10%
Dimensions & Squarness – Length & width shall be within a limit – should notexceed 6 mm
Impact Test – The Depth of denotation should not be more than 0.2 mm by 500gm steel ball.
Flexure Test – The deflection at a load of 50kg shall not be more than 1/10 of length & 1/15 of width which ever is less.
Edging Bending Test – Deflection after applying load of 100 kg should not exceed 5mm. Residual deflection should notexceed 0.5mm & Lateral bending not more than 2mm.
Shock Resistance Tes – No visible damage after 25 blows of 30 kg bags
Slamming of Shutter – No visible damage after 50 impacts
